Molly and Andy's Fun-Filled Glamping Wedding Weekend in Pawlet, Vermont

A big thanks to my friend and talented photojournalist John Tully, who beautifully captured Molly and Andy’s wedding day alongside me

Molly and Andy discovered the magic of living in Vermont when they lived at Andy’s family’s home in Pawlet during the pandemic. They found favorite hiking trails, made friends with sheep, and discovered new, local food. To share this magic with their friends, and bring their families together, they hosted a glamping festival-style wedding weekend, planned and orchestrated by the incredible Tara Pollio (who also worked to transform the property over the past year and a half).

Sweet, loyal, and up for adventure, Molly and Andy focused on giving their friends and family a weekend to play, relax, and eat ridiculously good food (provided by Machs Market and Vermont Farms Catering), which was such a delight to capture. A 24/7 snack area kept people full at all times of the day and night, while the property’s pond was the best way to keep cool throughout the weekend. There was even a guest getting-ready tent, which was a change of pace from my normal getting ready photos, and fun to capture.

Besides capturing a dream long in the making, I really loved watching Molly and Andy emcee both their ceremony and reception, making it extra intimate and truly their own.
