Spring Engagement Session Favorites
The most common fact our clients confess to us when we talk to them the first time is some form of “we HATE getting our picture taken.” In fact, all three of the couples featured in this post told us this in our first few conversations with them. So why did they opt to have an engagement session? Engagement sessions or mini sessions are an awesome way for us to get to know each other better, learn about the places our couples love, and a way to practice taking couples photos together. Since we use fun prompts and break up the session with hanging out, we often hear “that was surprisingly fun!” after a session, and folks go into their wedding not dreading (and maybe even getting excited about) that part of their wedding day. We photographed all of these sessions in the past six weeks in Boston, MA and Providence, RI- can’t wait to photograph all six of these awesome, energetic people at their weddings this year in Vermont, Connecticut, and Boston!
