Molly and Bill's Big Dance Party Wedding at the Grafton Inn in Grafton, Vermont
The highlight of last summer for me was flying to Colorado to photograph Molly and Bill’s intimate wedding in the mountains near Denver. There, they made me feel like we’d all been friends for ages, and I made so many lasting relationships with their friends and siblings. Because of this, I’ve been looking forward to this weekend for a long time as a reunion of sorts and also another opportunity to create work with people I dearly love at a venue I’ve been longing to photograph for some time.
Besides Jeff getting to meet Molly and Bill for the first time, the other best part of their wedding part II was the party. Regardless of age, everyone danced, just happy to be together in one place with good music. I put my camera down for a bit to dance with the friends I made last summer, snuck cookies from their dessert table, and captured some favorite photos from the Grafton Inn Barn’s balcony.
I’ll get to see Molly and Bill again in less than a year when I photograph Bill’s wonderful sister Liz’s wedding next spring! I’ll be practicing my dance moves again until then :)
